Our client, a global financial services firm headquartered in Manhattan, is migrating a large portfolio of on-premises trading and risk applications to a hybrid AWS/Azure footprint and needs a senior cloud engineer to lead the infrastructure build-out. You will design landing zones, VPC/VNet topology, and IAM guardrails, and work directly with application teams to containerize and re-platform workloads onto EKS and AKS.

Day to day you will write Terraform modules, harden CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, and troubleshoot production incidents across a multi-account AWS Organization and an Azure tenant. This is a hands-on individual contributor role embedded with a 12-person platform engineering team; you will also mentor two mid-level engineers on the team.

7+ years in cloud infrastructure, 3+ years split across AWS and Azure in production
Deep Terraform and CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
Financial services or other regulated-industry experience preferred
