PRI Technology fills technology roles across nine disciplines and thirteen industries. Every candidate is identified, interviewed, screened, tested and reference-checked before a profile reaches you — and terms are agreed at the start, not renegotiated later.

01The short version

How does PRI Technology fill a technology role?

It starts with a principal of the firm, not an account coordinator. PRI builds company, department and user profiles so the standard you set on one requisition is applied to the next one, and its recruiters are trained to keep current with the technologies they staff — which is what separates a shortlist of practitioners from a shortlist of keyword matches.

Candidates are identified, interviewed, screened, tested and reference-checked before submission. Background screening covers education and employment verification as well as criminal and credit searches; drug testing is conducted on request.

The firm maintains two levels of back-up employees — which it describes as unique to the staffing industry — and holds a second back-up person on the highest-priority projects at no cost to the client, so a departure mid-project does not become a stoppage.

02Coverage

Which technology roles can PRI staff?

Nine published disciplines, from application development through to CIO, CTO, CISO and CDO search.
01
Application design and development
Product and platform engineering teams — the people who design, build and maintain the software your business runs on.
02
Infrastructure and support
The layer everything else depends on: networks, systems, end-user support and the operations staff who keep them running.
03
Data management, engineering, science and analytics
From pipelines and warehouses through to modelling and reporting — the discipline most AI programmes stand or fall on.
04
Architecture and business intelligence
Solution and enterprise architects, plus the BI practitioners who turn a data estate into decisions.
05
Cybersecurity and governance, risk and compliance
Security engineering and the governance side of it — audit readiness, regulatory response and third-party risk.
06
PMO — project management, business analysis, QA and testing
The delivery function: the people who scope the work, write the requirements and prove the result works.
07
Cloud-based technologies
Migration, platform engineering and the cost and reliability discipline that has to follow it.
08
Artificial intelligence
Machine-learning and applied-AI practitioners — and, through PRI AI Advisory, the strategy and governance around them.
09
Executive technology management
Retained and contingency search for technology leadership, including CIO, CTO, CISO and CDO mandates.

03Engagement

Which engagement model fits the requirement?

Four commercial models, each with a different risk profile. Full detail — including how executive search is priced — sits on the services page.

Contract and consulting staffing

Technology professionals engaged for a defined period of work — a migration, a release, a backfill, a regulatory deadline. PRI carries the employment relationship so your team carries the project.

How it works →

Contract-to-hire

A try-before-you-hire route for roles where fit is genuinely hard to judge from an interview loop. The consultant works on your team, on PRI paper, and converts when both sides are sure.

How it works →

Direct hire

Permanent placement, with the full screen, interview, test and reference-check process completed on every candidate before a single profile reaches you.

How it works →

Executive search

Leadership mandates — CIO, CTO, CISO and CDO — run as a search rather than a requisition. In every executive search PRI works as a business partner rather than a vendor.

04Process

What happens after you send a brief?

Four steps, with the same senior person on the account throughout.
  1. 01

Define the role with someone senior

Your first conversation is with a principal of the firm. PRI builds company, department and user profiles so the standard you set is applied consistently on the next requisition as well as this one.

  2. 02

Search the network before the database

Recruiters are trained to keep current with the technologies they staff, which is what makes a shortlist of practitioners rather than a shortlist of keyword matches.

  3. 03

    Screen, verify and position

Every candidate is interviewed and reference-checked. Background screening covers education and employment verification plus criminal and credit searches; drug testing is conducted on request.

  4. 04

Stay on the account through onboarding

Terms and process are agreed at the start — no surprises. On the highest-priority projects a second back-up person is held at no cost to you.

05Assurances

What happens if a placement does not hold?

This is the question that actually decides a staffing relationship, so it is answered here rather than buried in a contract.
  • Senior staff members are your primary contacts

Account managers at PRI are principals and owners — decision-makers themselves. You are not handed to a junior rep after the first call, and the firm states that its commitment to diversity recruitment is paramount to this philosophy.

  • Our candidates come with “satisfaction guaranteed”

A dedicated research team identifies, interviews, screens, tests and reference-checks every candidate before a profile is submitted. Nothing reaches you that has not been through it.

  • Consistency and reliability save you time and money

PRI develops company, department and user profiles so the same standard is applied to every search, rather than re-litigating what “good” means on each requisition.

  • And no surprises

All terms and processes are agreed at the start of the relationship. Unique to the staffing industry, PRI offers a second back-up person on the highest-priority projects at no cost.

Who has PRI Technology delivered for?

Placeholders below.

Placeholder content — awaiting approved client quotes

Placeholder — a client quote about a hard-to-fill role and how quickly it was closed goes here.

Placeholder — a consultant or placed candidate on what the process felt like from their side.

Placeholder — a long-standing client on the back-up staffing guarantee or the account relationship.

TODO(client): this is the weakest part of the employer case and the easiest to fix. Client logos (with permission), a named case study, or placement volume by discipline would all outperform the copy above. Nothing has been invented to fill the gap.

A separate practice

PRI AI Advisory

PRI AI Advisory helps organisations plan, staff and govern their adoption of artificial intelligence. It is engaged differently from staffing — the work is scoped as an advisory mandate rather than a requisition — and it draws on the same technology network that fills PRI Technology’s artificial-intelligence and cybersecurity roles.

Questions hiring managers ask

Sourcing, screening depth, back-up staffing and who you actually deal with.

Recruiters are trained to keep current with the technologies they staff, and the firm uses cutting-edge recruiting technologies to widen its reach. The result is a shortlist assembled by people who can tell a credential from real subject-matter depth.

Identification, interview, screening, testing and reference checks, plus background screening covering education and employment verification and criminal and credit searches. Drug testing is conducted upon request. All of it happens before submission.

PRI maintains two levels of back-up employees, which it describes as unique to the staffing industry. On the highest-priority projects a second back-up person is held at no cost to the client, so a departure does not become a stoppage.

Yes — through PRI AI Advisory, a separate practice covering artificial-intelligence strategy, governance and workforce planning. Staffing and advisory are engaged differently, so it is worth saying which one you need when you get in touch.

Describe the requirement and a principal of the firm will scope it with you — including which engagement model actually fits.
