How does PRI Technology relate to Perennial Resources International?

PRI Technology is the technology practice within Perennial Resources International, not a separate company. The parent firm is a full-service search and staffing business whose stated mission is “quite simply, to serve the personnel needs of our clients”, and it also runs accounting and finance, human resources and administrative services practices.

What that means in practice: technology mandates are handled by recruiters who specialise in technology, while the commercial relationship, the screening standards and the back-up staffing guarantees are the parent firm’s — applied consistently across every practice. PRI describes itself as comprised of industry professionals with, in its own words, centuries of cumulative staffing experience.

The technology practice is led by Kevin Schwesinger as managing partner. Perennial Resources International was co-founded by Stephen Brown, who leads the firm as president and chief executive.

PRI Technology

Kevin Schwesinger oversees the technology practice at Perennial Resources International, with more than twenty years in IT staffing across staff augmentation, executive search, staffing plans and talent evaluation.

  • Previously VP of Technology Resource Management for more than twelve years; earlier roles at Tribase Systems / Intellimark and Ameridata.
  • Serves on the board of the Society for Information Management’s New Jersey chapter, as past president and trustee.
  • Guides the NJ SIM Foundation, which funds technology scholarships and assists non-profits with technology.
  • Bachelor’s in business administration; MBA in technology management.

Stephen Brown
