PRI Technology · a division of Perennial Resources International

Contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire and executive search for technology teams — across nine disciplines, from application development to CIO-level mandates. Every candidate is screened, verified and reference-checked before you ever see a profile.

01What we are

What is PRI Technology?

PRI Technology is the information-technology staffing and executive-search division of Perennial Resources International, a full-service search and staffing firm headquartered at 420 Madison Avenue in New York City. It places technology professionals on contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire assignments, and runs executive searches for CIO, CTO, CISO and CDO roles.

The practice recruits across nine technology disciplines — application design and development, infrastructure and support, data management and engineering, architecture and business intelligence, cybersecurity and governance, PMO, cloud, artificial intelligence, and executive technology management — and publishes a documented track record in thirteen industries, from banking and brokerage through to defense contractors and manufacturing.

Every candidate is reference-checked and background-screened, including education and employment verification alongside criminal and credit searches; drug testing is conducted on request. Senior staff members, not junior account managers, remain your primary contacts, and on the highest-priority projects the firm holds a second back-up person at no cost to the client.

Which technology roles does PRI Technology fill?

Nine practice areas, staffed by recruiters who follow the technologies they recruit for. Cybersecurity and artificial intelligence are the two most recent additions — and the connective tissue to the advisory side of the business.
01
Application design and development
Product and platform engineering teams — the people who design, build and maintain the software your business runs on.
02
Infrastructure and support
The layer everything else depends on: networks, systems, end-user support and the operations staff who keep them running.
03
Data management, engineering, science and analytics
From pipelines and warehouses through to modelling and reporting — the discipline most AI programmes stand or fall on.
04
Architecture and business intelligence
Solution and enterprise architects, plus the BI practitioners who turn a data estate into decisions.
05
Cybersecurity and governance, risk and compliance
Security engineering and the governance side of it — audit readiness, regulatory response and third-party risk.
06
PMO — project management, business analysis, QA and testing
The delivery function: the people who scope the work, write the requirements and prove the result works.
07
Cloud-based technologies
Migration, platform engineering and the cost and reliability discipline that has to follow it.
08
Artificial intelligence
Machine-learning and applied-AI practitioners — and, through PRI AI Advisory, the strategy and governance around them.
09
Executive technology management
Retained and contingency search for technology leadership, including CIO, CTO, CISO and CDO mandates.

PRI AI Advisory

PRI AI Advisory helps organisations plan, staff and govern their adoption of artificial intelligence. It is engaged differently from staffing — the work is scoped as an advisory mandate rather than a requisition — and it draws on the same technology network that fills PRI Technology’s artificial-intelligence and cybersecurity roles.
