We're staffing an IT Project Manager for a national retail client running a multi-workstream POS and inventory-system modernization program. You'll own the schedule, risk log, and status reporting across three vendor teams and two internal engineering pods, reporting directly to the client's Director of IT Programs.
The role is fully remote with a expectation of overlapping core hours with the Eastern time zone, and roughly one week of on-site kickoff travel per quarter. Strong written communication is essential, since most stakeholder alignment happens asynchronously across time zones.
Candidates should have run at least one prior retail or supply-chain systems rollout end to end, be fluent in both Agile and traditional waterfall reporting formats, and be comfortable pushing back on scope creep from senior stakeholders.
