A Fairfield County manufacturing company is hiring an IT Director as a direct, full-time hire to lead a team of nine covering infrastructure, help desk, and business applications. You'll own the annual IT budget, vendor contract negotiations, and the roadmap for an ERP upgrade planned for next fiscal year, reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a company without a CIO, so you will be the most senior technical voice in the room for most decisions, from cybersecurity insurance renewals to evaluating a new MSP relationship for after-hours support.

We're looking for someone with at least three years managing an IT team of five or more, experience owning a budget of at least $1.5M, and prior exposure to manufacturing or another physical-operations industry a strong plus.
