A Fairfield County-based insurance carrier is building out its security operations function and is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst as a direct, full-time hire. You will monitor SIEM alerts, triage and investigate incidents, and help mature the organization's vulnerability management program ahead of an upcoming SOC 2 audit.

You'll partner with the network and infrastructure teams on remediation, run phishing simulation campaigns, and contribute to incident response tabletop exercises. This is a great fit for someone two to four years into a SOC or blue-team career looking to take on more ownership at a smaller, less siloed organization.

Experience with a modern SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, or QRadar)
Working knowledge of NIST CSF or a similar security framework
Security+ or equivalent certification preferred, not required
