A Midtown-based asset manager needs a Business Analyst to sit between its trading operations team and an internal engineering group rebuilding its post-trade reconciliation platform. You will gather and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and run UAT cycles with operations stakeholders.

This is a contract-to-hire engagement; the client has converted the last three contractors in this group to full-time roles within eight months. Prior exposure to trade lifecycle, reconciliation, or reference data concepts is strongly preferred, as is comfort working directly in Jira and Confluence.
