How does the practice work?

We staff what we recommend.

  • No delivery pyramid

    The person who takes the discovery call is the person who does the work. Nobody is sold in and swapped out for a junior after signature.

  • Scoped, not open-ended

    Engagements are bounded before they start. When the mandate is finished we say so rather than finding adjacent work to extend it.

  • A recruiting firm behind it

    When a recommendation needs capability you do not have, PRI Technology sources it — contract, contract-to-hire or direct. That is the difference between advice and an outcome.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.

Tell us what you are dealing with. If it is work we should do, we will tell you what a bounded assessment of it looks like. If it is not, we will tell you that too.
